Prices
Pricing is available upon request. Costs are based upon flower or plant types and current market value. Safflowers responds within one business day; event proposals take slightly longer to prepare. Please contact us via telephone at 412.889.7149 or e-mail actormas@gmail.com.

Availability
Flowers are a product of nature; exact color, quality, and accessibility varies throughout the year. While consulting with clients, Safflowers suggests varieties available at the time of the event and determines availability. Safflowers makes appropriate re-selections on products that may be unattainable or those that do not meet our standards. Our clients will be advised as such when at all possible.

Booking a Date
Event planning is a very personalized and detail-oriented enterprise and should be scheduled in advance to guarantee your secured date. A 10 percent deposit request is listed on proposals; dates are secured only with a deposit and are booked on first-come basis. Safflowers only books one event per given date.

Appointments
Please contact us via telephone at 412.889.7149 or e-mail actormas@gmail.com to schedule an appointment at your convenience. Appointment times are available daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, or Monday and Tuesday evenings between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Weekend appointment times are limited. Initial consultations are free of charge.

Safflowers and clients will discuss and agree upon payment terms for services rendered by Safflowers; terms are noted on proposals. Flower, plant, and supply procurement is based upon payment as outlined in the terms agreement. Non-receipt of payment by term dates may result in unavailability of desired product and service. Final payment must be paid no later than the day of the event. Safflowers accepts cash and checks at this time.

Refunds
Safflowers may retain all or part of deposits should client cancellation occur, based upon terms of agreement set forth between Safflowers and customers. Refunds are subject to proper notice given to Safflowers by customers. No refunds are made within 30 days of the booked event.

Rentals
All rental items from Safflowers are denoted on proposals. Client assumes responsibility for lost or broken rental items from Safflowers. Client assumes responsibility for lost or broken rental items (such as tables, chairs, tablecloths, etc.) from third-party rental companies contracted by Safflowers on customers’ behalf. Third-party rental agreements are denoted on proposals; clients receive a contract or billing directly from rental companies.
